After a microburst hit Seneca County more than a week ago, at least one Finger Lakes destination is still reeling from the damage The Hotel Clarence is working feverishly to get back up to full capacity during its busiest season of the year.

The storm that swept through Seneca Falls on May 27th caused severe damage to the Hotel Clarence. The Hotel Clarence was formally the Gould Hotel built in 1918. In 2008 this historical property went through a major renovation to give it more of a modern flare. Also housed at the Hotel Clarence is a top of the line restaurant featuring a contemporary Italian cuisine called “The Kitchen”.
